Ren - Adopted!

This cutie has officially left the building! It's definitely bitter-sweet for us but he scored the best chihuahua papa ever, thank goodness.  Now he will be loved and cherished properly. Better late than never!

This little angel is half of the Ren and Stimpy duo.  When these two came to us, they seemed to be closely bonded, but as we have observed them since their arrival, and as they have felt safer in our care, we are seeing that they have an independence which would enable them to go to separate homes. Ren stays close to his warm bed inside the house; Stimpy loves to run and play with the other dogs,  They seem to be totally potty trained, they’re great with other dogs, cats and all humans.  Ren is a super chill senior chihuahua, we’re guessing he’s around 10 years.

We still relish the idea of adopting these two as a pair, but we will certainly entertain their moving on to separate lives if the right situation presents itself. Either (or both) of them will bring lots of joy and love with minimal work or training. They deserve to live out their days in the comfort of a loving home, since we believe they lived outside for most of their years. They were covered in ticks and fleas when they were dropped at the pound but their scars are only skin deep. They have nothing but love for all.
