Leonardo - Adopted!

Look who went home today! We are beyond thrilled with this placement. His new family is so in love with him, especially his new K9 brother.

Truly one of our miracle dogs, Leo was found in the middle of a road at just 10 (or so) days old; his odds of survival were very low. Luckily we were able to save him with the help of Giselle, one of our nursing mama dogs. Leo was able to nurse for three more (critical) days thanks to Giselle and then we took over. He is healthy, sweet, tiny, and full of personality. He really comes alive in the evenings so you will need some good chew toys for his shiny little teeth.

Leonardo grew up with older dogs and one cat and he's great with all humans. Due to his tiny stature, we don't think he would be safe with small children. He's still just 2 pounds at around 7 weeks old. If you think you have space in your heart and your home for 15-17 years, fill out an application for this precious miracle puppy.
