Violet - Adopted!  With Daisy!

This is the happiest possible scenario for two little senior girls who fell on scary times when their guardians could no longer care for them.

These most precious little girls bonded in their foster home so their new mom decided to take them both. It’s days like these that tell us we are in the right business. 💖

Calling all chihuahua whisperers!

Violet is super shy at first but once she understands that she's safe, she's a total love. She is doing so well in her foster home but this 5 pound deer chihuahua has recently lost her human so she’s adjusting to her new reality.  For a minute there, Violet felt completely alone in the world but now she has a whole team of humans and dogs on her side. She’s learning how to play again.

It took Violet about 4 days to let us pick her up, but she has blossomed in a very short time.  Now she comes on walks with us around the property, she loves to help feed the farm animals, she loves the other dogs, and is fine with the resident cat who continues to steal her bed! Violet would prefer a quiet home with patient humans who understand (and love) chihuahuas.

Only a week ago, Violet was chasing the ambulance to be with the human she’ll never see again.  Are you the lucky human who will swoop in to love Violet? 💖
