Rocky - Adopted!

Rocky is home!!  We don’t know where his journey began but we sure do know that the rest of his days will be warm and cozy with longtime friends of Little Trooper Ranch. It doesn’t get better than this home. We are so happy for you, Rocky!

This boy is the sweetest little raccoon-dog looking creature that you will ever see. Rocky hardly ever barks, he’s totally housebroken and can hold it for 12 hours at night! He does not need to be crated for any amount of time and he gets along well with other dogs.

He’s a bit macho but that should lessen after his neuter on December 15th. He will probably remain alpha but he’s only 5 pounds and he’s 10 years old so he’s more interested in living a peaceful retirement with lots of love and lots of food. He loves to eat.

Rocky is also entertaining, energetic and gorgeous. The markings on his face are so unique and his thick fur makes him feel like a teddybear. He sleeps in a bed next to his foster mom’s bed and doesn’t make a peep until it’s time to go out in the morning. He’s quickly learning to walk well on a leash.

In summary, to know him is to love him. Rocky is a rare and precious gem.
