This sweet gorgeous 8 pound long-haired chihuahua is looking for a committed forever home. Fritz is an owner-surrender so he’s confused and worried. He’ll do best with someone who can be with him all the time. (It exists, some of us are always with our dogs!)  He would do great with a sitter during those times when it’s impossible to be with his humans.
